Bar Shai Investment and Development Ltd is an entrepreneur and partner in purchasing land (approximately 11 dunam) at the Kiryat Etgarim Industrial Area in Raanana. The deal was completed in partnership with one of the largest leading public real estate companies. Preparations were undertaken for the construction of an industrial (high tech) office building with a total area of approximately 25,000 square meters, with an improvement potential for an increase in construction percentages for a total area of approximately 40,000 square meters. The company currently offers several options to exercise the land deal. One can purchase land for a standalone building with an area ranging between 25,000 square meters and up to a 25,000 square meter complex. The Kiryat Etgarim project is a manifestation of the Municipality of Raanana's policy to place the construction of an appropriate municipal infrastructure for the development of the hi-tech industry in Israel as a top priority.
